Information we collect
Reality Weaver stores the email address, display name, and optional avatar associated with your account. Signing in with Google provides a stable account identifier and verified email address; Reality Weaver does not receive your Google password. We also store the characters, campaigns, invitations, game state, and notes you choose to create.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, operate your account and campaign features, deliver invitations, maintain game records, and protect the service. We do not sell your account or campaign information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Campaign Dungeon Masters can access campaign records and assigned character information according to the application's permissions. Other players receive only the limited party information made available to them. Private player notes are visible only to their author unless that player explicitly shares a note with a campaign's Dungeon Masters. Service operators and hosting or email providers may process information as needed to operate, secure, back up, or repair the service.
Retention and deletion
Account and campaign information remains while the relevant account or campaign exists. You can update your account details or request account deletion in Player Settings. Deletion removes associated records subject to campaign ownership and database integrity; backup copies may remain until the applicable backup is replaced or removed. Contact us if you need help with an access or deletion request.
Security and contact
Reality Weaver uses access checks, request limits, and encrypted transport on the hosted service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid putting highly sensitive personal information in game content. For privacy questions, contact support@realityweaver.com.
